Hillcrest Shopping Center

Scope:
120,000 SF renovation of a 1950’s shopping center. We began the project by demolishing the front exterior skin, installing new exterior finishes, including storefronts in vacant and occupied spaces. In the rear, we constructed a two-story facade, including rear egress for upstairs tenants, created a new loading dock and elevator area, repaved the entire front and rear parking lot. While we were on-site, we completed the interior build-outs of Gardner’s Restaurant, Hibbett’s Sports, Jenny Craig Weight Loss, and 13 white box spaces.
