Scope:
Worked with Mattress Firm corporate to provide national construction management from inception to completion. Projects have included ground up to tenant finish Certificate of Occupancy. Developed multiple stores simultaneously nationwide varying in size from 3500-7500 sq ft in line, end cap, standalone spaces to 50,000 sq ft warehouse locations.
