Scope:
Redeveloped a 55,000 SF existing K-Mart into two spaces for a future Hobby Lobby and Planet Fitness retail stores. Repaved, restriped and reworked the parking lot and added an 8100 SF outparcel building for Aspen Dental and Visionworks.
